Avtron 7500 Capacitive Load Bank (75-2000 kVAR)

The Avtron 7500 Outdoor Capacitive Load Bank is designed for outdoor installation when up to 2000 kVAr(C) of leading power factor load is required.

FEATURES

• Load Capacity Options: Max capacity of 75-2000 kVAR(C).
• Voltage Options: 480V or 600V.
• Load Step Resolution: 5 or 50 kVAR minimum.
• Controller: Remote manual toggle switch controller. Controls include: Power On/Off switch, Master Load On/Off switch, and Individual Load Step switches. Visual indicators include: Power On and Overtemperature. See Options below for other control options.
• Control/Cooling Power: Requires 120V Single-Phase 60Hz power source. Optional Control Power Transformer is available to receive power from the main power input.
• Cooling: Internal fans provide the necessary cooling air for the load capacitors. Fans are protected by an in line over current fuse. Vertical air discharge.
• Load Elements: The dielectric of the capacitor windings are made of metallized polypropylene film.
• Safety Features: Overtemperature protection. Load Step fuses.
• Load Connections: Load connections to the load bank are made at the phase bus bars marked A, B, and C, which are located inside the load end of the unit.
• Load Bank Enclosure: Aluminized steel outdoor weatherproof enclosure with high quality baked polyester powder coated finish. Base is constructed of formed heavy gauge steel making a rigid structure for lifting. Forklift channels are provided.
• Mounting: Designed for outdoor installation on a concrete pad, structural base, or trailer.
