MQ Whisperwatt DCA300SSJ Generator (264kW)

The MQ Power Whisperwatt DCA300SSJ mobile diesel generator offers up to 264 kW of power at 72 dBA.

• DCA300SSJU4F3: Non-parallel configuration with ECU845 Controller.
• DCA300SSJU4F3PB: Parallel configuration with Basler DGC2020HD Controller and Camlock Connections.

GENERATOR FEATURES

• Designed and built to withstand tough environments at construction sites and provide dependable temporary power at entertainment venues and disaster recovery operations.
• Voltage change-over bus bars offers the operator a wide range of three phase voltages that are manually selectable. Fine tuning of the output voltage can be accomplished by adjusting the voltage regulator control knob to obtain the desired voltage.
• Automatic safety shutdown system monitors the water temperature, engine oil pressure, low coolant, low DEF, overspeed, and overcrank; warning lights indicate abnormal conditions.
• Emergency stop switch — when manually activated, shuts down generator in the event of an emergency.
• Main line circuit breaker with 800A rating.
• Fully covered power panel with three-phase terminals and single phase receptacles for fast and convenient hookup for most applications including temporary power boxes, tools and lighting equipment.
• Brushless alternator reduces service and maintenance requirements and meets temperature rise standards for Class F insulation systems.
• Open delta alternator design provides virtually unlimited excitation for maximum motor starting capability.
• Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) provides precise regulation.
• Electronic Governor Control maintains frequency to within ±0.25% from no load to full load.
• Full load acceptance of standby nameplate rating in one step (NFPA 110, para 5-13.2.6).
• Heavy duty, 4-cycle, electronic direct injection, turbocharged, charge air cooled, EGR, DOC, SCR, EPA Tier 4 Final certified, John Deere diesel engine with 1000W block heater.
• Fuel/water separator removes condensation from fuel for extended engine life; panel mounted alarm light included.
• UN31A internal fuel tank with direct reading fuel gauges are standard.
• Spill Containment — Bunded design protects environment by capturing up to 123% of engine fluids (including fuel).
• Sound attenuated, weather resistant, steel housing.
• E-coat and powder coat paint provides durability and weather protection.

Control and Monitoring Features

• DCA300SSJU4F3: ECU845 microprocessor-based digital generator controller with remote 2-wire start/stop control, operational temperature range of -40° to 85° C, high visibility LCD display with heated screen and alphanumeric readout, AC monitoring along with fuel and DEF level indicators. Digital engine gauges including oil pressure, water temperature, battery volts, engine speed, engine load, fuel level and DEF fluid level. Analog generator instrumentation including AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, frequency meter, ammeter phase selector switch, voltmeter phase selector switch, and voltage regulator adjustment potentiometer.
• DCA300SSJU4F3PB: Basler DGC2020HD microprocessor-based digital generator controller with integrated genset-to-genset (isolated bus) paralleling, onboard synchronization and kW/kVAR load sharing, dual ethernet ports for inter-genset communication, Modbus interface for gauge panel and expansion options, engine monitoring data over J1939, and Modbus over RS485 for SCADA Interface. Also offers remote 2-wire start/stop control, operational temperature range of -40° to 70° C, and high visibility backlit LCD display. Metered power output parameters include voltage, amperage, kilowatts, kilovolt amps, power factor, and hertz.
