The Trystar LC100 Portable Resistive Load Bank offers a load capacity up to 100 kW in a lightweight, compact, and portable package.

- Load Capacity: Up to 100kW at 480 and 240 VAC, 3-Phase, 60Hz. Derates to 75kW at 208VAC, 3-Phase, 60Hz.
- Full Load Amps at 100kW: 240 Amps at 240 VAC and 120 Amps at 480 VAC.
- Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
- Load Step Resolution: 5kW minimum at 480VAC.
- Controls: Main Power On/Off switch, Master Load On-Off switch, Load Voltage Selector switch, and Individual Load Step switches (KW On/Off) provided for each load step. Illuminated indicators provided for Power On, Over-Temperature/Airflow failure, and Wrong Voltage Applied.
- Digital Power Meter (M): Fully equipped, 3-phase Digital Metering System that measures a standard range of 16 load parameters. Includes RS485 (Modbus protocol) for remote reading – compatible with PC, PLC, and data loggers.
- Control/Cooling Power: External 120 Volt AC, 1-phase, 10 Amp source. A 15ft detachable line cord is provided.
- Cooling System: Integrally mounted high-performance high-velocity cooling fans deliver the required airflow volume for cooling
resistor load elements. Cooling airflow is drawn from the screened air-intake side, with hot air exhausted from opposite side of the unit away from personnel. - Load Elements: PowerDyne™ Resistor Load Elements provide the necessary KW load rating for each load step. Change in resistance is minimized by maintaining conservative, thermally de-rated resistor designs and by utilizing a high-quality nickel chrome alloy. Tolerance is 5%.
- Safety Features: Over-Temperature / Airflow failure protection. Fuses for short-circuit protection.
- Load Connections: Quick connect-disconnect color-coded male cam-type power connectors with protective snap-back covers. (1 per Phase, 1 Ground).
- Enclosure: Constructed of aluminum and galvanized steel with powder coat paint finish. Top lifting handle for easy lifting and positioning.
