Trystar LT1000-1250 Trailer-Ready Load Bank (1000-1250kW)

Trystar LT1000-1250 Trailer-Ready Resistive Load Banks are designed for testing and maintaining various power systems up to 1000 or 1250kW. Add one of our trailers and optional cable reels, reel enclosures, and cables for a complete mobile package.

FEATURES

• LT1000 Load Capacity: 1000kW at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz and 800kW at 240VAC 3PH 60Hz. Derates to 600kW at 208VAC 3PH 60Hz.
• LT1250 Load Capacity: 1250kW at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz and 800kW at 240 VAC 3PH 60Hz. Derates to 600kW at 208VAC 3PH 60Hz.
• Full Load Amps at 800kW: 1925 Amps at 240 VAC.
• Full Load Amps at 1000kW: 1202 Amps at 480 VAC.
• Full Load Amps at 1250kW: 1504 Amps at 480 VAC.
• Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
• Load Step Resolution: 5kW at 240/480V.
• Controls: Local toggle switch controls (see below for other options).
• Digital Metering [M]: Digital power metering system to measure 16 load parameters including V, A, Hz, & kW. Includes RS485 Modbus for remote reading and data logging.
• Control Power [T]: Control power via internal dual voltage transformer from tested load.
• Cooling Power: Blower power from tested load or external 480/240 3Ph source.
• Cooling System: Integral forced-air cooling system with vertical airflow.
• Load Elements: Trystar PowerDyne™ Resistor load elements provide the necessary KW load rating for each load step. Elements are fully supported with stainless steel rods which are insulated with heavy-duty, high-temperature ceramic insulators.
• Safety Features: Emergency-Stop (E-STOP) push button. Control panel warning indicators. Branch circuit fuse protection. Fuse protected blower motor. Over-temperature shutdown. Cooling-air loss shutdown. Wrong voltage protection.
• Load Connections: Quick disconnect cam-type male connectors (6 per Phase, 2 Ground).
  
• Enclosure: Galvanized steel outdoor enclosure with powder coat finish and gravity hood. Designed with forklift pockets for easy moving and mounting to a trailer.
