Universal R100-CP Portable Load Bank (100kW)

The Universal R100-CP Portable Resistive Load Bank is ideal for testing and maintaining generators and UPS Systems up to 100 kW.

FEATURES

• Load Capacity: 100kW at 240 & 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz. Derates to 75kW at 208VAC 3PH, 50kW at 240V 1PH, and 13kW at 120V 1PH.
• Duty Cycle: Rated for intermittent duty.
• Load Step Resolution: 12.5kW at 240/480V.
• Controls: Local manual control panel includes Power On/Off switch, Master Load On/Off switch, and Individual Load Step switches.
• Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, kW) and data logging via a USB port.
• Control/Cooling Power: Requires 120V single-phase 60Hz external power source.
• Cooling System: Quiet high-speed cooling fans.
• Load Elements: Resistor elements are high-temperature nichrome/mica type exclusively manufactured by Universal Load Banks and supported by stainless steel rods.
• Safety Features: Over-temperature, internal fuses for load elements, phase indication lights.
• Load Connections: Quick disconnect cam-type male connectors on the front of the load bank (1 per Phase, 1 Ground).
  
• Daisy Chained: Multiple load banks can be hooked together for higher load capacity.
• Enclosure: Lightweight aluminum indoor enclosure with lifting handles.
• Carrying Case: Protective weatherproof case with handles and wheels.
