Our Universal R2000H Trailer-Mounted Resistive Load Bank Package offers a ULB 2000kW load bank, our heavy-duty trailer, our two electric cable reels with reel covers, and two 50ft cable sets.

ULB R2000H LOAD BANK FEATURES

• Load Capacity: 2000kW at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz, 1000kW at 240VAC 3PH 60Hz, and 750kW at 208VAC 3PH 60Hz.*
• Full Load Amps at 1000kW: 2406 Amps at 240 VAC.
• Full Load Amps at 2000kW: 2406 Amps at 480 VAC.
• Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
• Load Step Resolution: 25kW at 480V.
• Controls: Local digital color touchscreen controller.
• Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, kW) and data logging.
• Control Power: Control power via internal dual voltage transformer or from external 120V 1Ph source.
• Cooling Power: Blower power from connected load or external 480/240 3Ph source.
• Cooling System: Integral forced-air cooling system with horizontal airflow. Removable sliding covers with lock pins on air intakes and exhausts.
• Load Elements: ULB high-capacity chromium alloy load elements. Elements are fully supported with stainless steel rods and high temperature refractory ceramics for quick heat discharge.
• Safety Features: Over-temperature, over/under voltage, and cooling-air loss protection. Also includes a hard-wired emergency stop switch.
• Load Connections: Quick disconnect cam-type male connectors (10 per Phase, 3 Ground).
  
• Daisy Chained: Multiple load banks can be paralleled for higher load capacity, and operated from a single controller.
• Enclosure: Heavy gauge steel outdoor enclosure with powder coat finish. Designed to NEMA 3R standards for outdoor operation. Hinged access doors. Forklift pockets for easy mobility.
