Universal R310 Portable Load Bank (310kW)

The Universal R310 Portable Resistive Load Bank is designed for testing various power systems up to 310kW. The slim design and large capacity make it especially ideal for Data Center testing.

FEATURES

• Load Capacity: 310kW at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz, 290kW at 240 VAC 3PH 60Hz, 230kW at 208VAC 3PH, and 84kW at 240V 1PH.
• Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
• Load Step Resolution: 5kW at 240/480V.
• Controls: Local digital color touchscreen controller.
• Remote Control: External ethernet port is provided to mimic the control screen using free software for remote control using a customer provided laptop, PC, or tablet.
• Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, kW) and data logging.
• Control/Cooling Power: Requires 120V single-phase 60Hz external power source.
• Cooling System: Integral forced-air cooling system with six high-velocity cooling fans with fuse protection.
• Load Elements: ULB “Helicon” high-capacity Nichrome load elements. Elements are fully supported with stainless steel rods and high temperature refractory ceramics for quick heat discharge.
• Safety Features: Over-temperature, over/under voltage, cooling-air loss and 3 phase imbalance protection, and internal fuses for load element groups.
• Load Connections: Quick disconnect cam-type male connectors on the front of the load bank (2 per Phase, 1 Ground).
  
• Daisy Chained: Multiple load banks can be hooked together for higher load capacity.
• Enclosure: Aluminum and steel indoor enclosure with caster wheels for easy mobility.
