I haven’t had to use the generator yet. At this time, I will speak about ordering and shipping. After my online order the good people at Steady Power called to see if I needed a lift gate truck. They shipped it on one with no extra charge. “RL Shipping”. I ordered the trailer package. Everything seemed well packed and there was no damage to the boxes and it arrived in about 1 week. Initial set up of the trailer and generator went well. I bought this in hopes that I never need it but if I do will post a new review about the generator. The generator seems well built and other then the wire and a second plug to connect it to a RONK box set up I should have everything.
