Universal R1000 Stationary Load Bank (500-1000kW)

The Universal R1000 Stationary Resistive Load Bank is ideal for testing and maintaining generators and other AC Systems up to 1000kW.

FEATURES

• Load Capacity: Available Max Capacities of 500kW, 750kW, or 1000kW at 480VAC 3PH 60Hz.
  
• Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
• Load Step Resolution: 25kW at 480V.
• Controls: Local digital touchscreen PLC controller. Controller can be re-installed remotely with the 25ft control cable included (optional 100ft cable also available).
• Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, Hz, kW) and data logging.
• Control/Cooling Power: Integrated Control Power Transformer for control circuit operation.  Control/cooling power derived from load bus. (See Options below for optional external power supply.)
  
• Cooling System: Quiet high efficiency cooling fan.
• Load Elements: Resistor elements are high-temperature nichrome/mica type exclusively manufactured by Universal Load Banks and supported by stainless steel rods.
• Safety Features: Over-temperature, over/under voltage, cooling-air loss, and imbalance protection, load dump, and internal fuses for load element groups.
• Load Connections: Bus bars for customer load connections.
  
• Daisy Chain: Multiple load banks can be hooked together for higher load capacity.
• Enclosure: Heavy gauge steel NEMA 3R enclosure with hinged access doors and fork lift slots or lifting rings.
