FEATURES
- Load Capacity: 1250kW at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz and 800kW at 240VAC 3PH 60Hz. Derates to 600kW at 208VAC 3PH 60Hz.
- Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
- Load Step Resolution: 5kW at 240/480V.
- Controls: Local digital color touchscreen controller.
- Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, kW) and data logging.
- Control Power: Control power via internal dual voltage transformer or from external 120V 1Ph source.
- Cooling Power: Blower power from load or external 480/240 3Ph source.
- Cooling System: Integral forced-air cooling system with horizontal airflow.
- Load Elements: ULB high-capacity chromium alloy load elements. Elements are fully supported with stainless steel rods and high temperature refractory ceramics for quick heat discharge.
- Safety Features: Over-temperature, over/under voltage, and cooling-air loss protection. Also includes a hard-wired emergency stop switch.
- Load Connections: Quick disconnect cam-type male connectors (7 per Phase, 4 Ground).
- Daisy Chained: Multiple load banks can be hooked together for higher load capacity.
- Enclosure: Heavy gauge steel outdoor enclosure with powder coat finish. Designed to NEMA 3R standards for outdoor operation. Hinged access doors. Forklift pockets for easy mobility.
