Avtron 2775 Portable Load Bank (265kW)

The Avtron 2775 Portable Resistive Load Bank is designed for portable indoor testing up to 265kW. Ideal for data center commissioning and testing HVAC systems. Designed to easily fit the Hot/Cold aisle.

FEATURES

• Load Capacity: Up to 265 kW at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz, 257 kW at 240 VAC 3PH 60Hz, 198kW at 415VAC 3PH 60Hz, and 192kW at 208VAC 3PH 60Hz.
• Full Load Amps at 265 kW: 318 Amps at 480 VAC.
• Full Load Amps at 257 kW: 617 Amps at 240 VAC.
• Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation.
• Load Step Resolution: 5kW minimum at 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz.
• Controller: Local manual-control via SIGMA LT digital push-button toggle switches and status LED indicators. Controls include Control Power ON/OFF with LED status, Voltage Select with LED status, Master Load with LED status, and LOCAL/REMOTE with LED status. Individual Load Step push buttons with LED status for every load step.
• Instrumentation: Full digital metering included for monitoring of Volts, Amps, Frequency, and kW.
• Control/Cooling Power: An integral control power transformer is provided for control and cooling circuits from the internal load bus.  The Selector Switch also allows you to get power from an external 120V 1PH 60Hz source.
• Cooling System: Proper cooling is provided by integral TEFC or TEAO motor which is direct coupled to the cooling fan blade. The fan motor is fully protected with fuses, motor starter contactor, and overload relay.
• Load Elements: Avtron Helidyne Resistor Load Elements; no cool down period required.
• Safety Features: Includes branch circuit fuse protection, and cooling air loss protection.
• Load Connections: Quick-connect male cam-type connectors. Two cam-connections per phase plus one ground.
• Enclosure: Narrow heavy-gauge aluminized steel indoor enclosure. Handles and casters (two fixed and two moveable) for easy mobility.
