Asco 300 Dual QC Manual Transfer Switch (1Ph, 250A)

This ASCO Series 300 Manual Transfer Switch with Dual Purpose Quick Connects (MGDQ/MTDQ) is designed to manually transfer single phase 250A loads between a temporary generator and a permanent generator, and provides quick camlock connections for both the temporary generator and the load bank testing of the permanent generator.  These switches offer an all-in-one solution for connecting temporary power during the testing and maintenance of the permanent generator.

MODELS

• MGDQ: Includes breakers on the load bank camlock connections and the temporary generator camlock connections.
• MTDQ: Includes breaker on the load bank camlock connections only.

FEATURES

• Provides a total temporary power connection, load bank connection, and manual transfer solution in a single UL-1008 listed unit.
• Can be used to satisfy NEC 700.3 requirements to provide connection to a temporary generator while a permanent generator is being load bank tested or serviced.
• Dual-operator configuration provides 3-position switching with center-off position, pad-lockable in any position.
• ASCO’s reliable, field-proven, transfer switching technology.
• Utilizes 16 Series female camlock connectors for quick connection to a load bank.
• Integrated 80% Rated Circuit Breaker on the load bank camlock connections.
• Utilizes 16 Series male camlock connectors for quick connection to a temporary generator.
• Optional integrated 80% Rated Circuit Breaker on the temporary generator camlock connections.
• Exterior doors have pad-lockable handles with 3-point latch.
• Floor-mounted Type 3R secure outdoor enclosure standard.
• Listed to UL 891 standards. Transfer switch is UL1008 listed.
